  Cold Sores

  My 4 year old daughter has gotten 2 cold sores in the last 3 weeks. What can I do to help/prevent this?

  You can apply bergamot, thieves, or clove right on it! Lavender also helps take away the pain if it’s already split. You could also apply Owie which is a blend made specifically for kiddos!

  Homeopathy can help heal from this and make them go away for good. A good naturopath as a guide is golden -you can do a one on one with me (it takes a lot more than a few sentences to pin point the right remedy) or look for a classical homeopath to work with
