Hi! My 9 year old has recently developed very dark circles under his eyes. Is this a sign that he is low on something? I thought I read something at one point but can’t find it now. Thanks!
It can be a number of things, from allergies to needing rest but can often times also be a sign he is needing to balance minerals. You can add some mineral essence into Ningxia or fresh pineapple juice if that is more palatable for him
