  Any thoughts on treating and eliminating BV? I do oral probiotics, boric acid, etc but this is a seemingly constant battle. Love ideas.

  Definitely start with the gut and work on rebuilding including QUALITY probiotics like Life9 and Ningxia daily, diet and lifestyle changes as needed (courses section has tons of gut health info). Claraderm spray has the oils you need for spaying down there
