Where do you start when beginning the YL supplements for this stage of life? I noticed that many have the same ingredients. Currently I use Pro + (5 drops morning, 5 drops night), and ran out of it! While I was waiting for my order, I had bad mood swings, couldn’t sleep, etc. I’m 49, feeling like I really need to start hitting this hard as the symptoms are getting worse. (I did have a hysterectomy at 40 due to endomitiriosis that was awful). I know everyone is different and needs are different, but how do you know which ones to use? FemiGen, Pregnelone cream(has been out of stock for so many months, I was using this but can’t get my hands on it) PD 80/20…some have DHEA in it, some don’t. How do you know what to take? Is it trial and error? I’ve gone through the women’s hormones masterclass as well but still stumped on a starting point. Thanks for any suggestions.

I feel you! I have all the things..Fem Gen, PD 80/20, Pro+, and ProG cream, Lady Schlerol, Geranium, Omega Greens…

I’ve watched lots of YouTube’s and done the hormone class. YET none of the YL things I’ve seen explains when and how to use each product.

In my 40’s Pro+ was enough as my Progesteone dropped. But now at 53 i definitely need more but don’t understand the difference of FemGen and PD 80/20. I’ve tried each but don’t feel like I’m doing it right or even notice if it’s working.

There’s not enough explanation to where we are in our peri/meno transition and beyond to use the YL products I’ve had one cycle in December since July 2023 so I’m almost there to the “12months” official time of menopause. I’m not having huge hot flashes I think because of PP but my immunity has plummeted even with Ningxia Red and all the supplements, eating well and exercising and sleeping

It’s very frustrating and I’m hopping around supplementing trying to feel better 😢

Have you looked at the perimenopause/menopause resources in the courses section? If not, here is a link. If so and you are unsure of how to proceed, I highly recommend booking an urgent care visit with me, or a longer 1:1 coaching call and I can help set you on the right path
