Sinus issues and allergies
Hi there
My husband has experienced terrible sinus issues for the last 18 months, and we have found he has bad allergies to things like dust mites and perennial grasses etc.
Where should I begin self-educating to help him?
He is currently taking antihistamines daily, tonnes of supplements, we have seen many holistic practitioners and general practice doctors to no avail. It all seems very confusing and unclear.
Looking forward to some direction.

Im sorry he is going through that! Navigate over to the courses and check out the Allergies section, but also consider a detox for him. Air Doctors are also super helpful tools for inside the home. What is his diet and exercise routine?
