• Thrush in Babies

Hi guys! My 9 week old nephew has thrush, the doctor put him on antibiotics the first time and my sister thinks its back. Any holistic approaches to treating it. Obviously the antibiotics did a number on him the first time and they gave him the worst diaper rash so she really wants to avoid it at all costs.

    Thanks!

You may can take life 9 and open it and put a little on his tongue or Moms breast if she breast feeds. Let Jodie chime in on that to be sure. I think I heard Jodie mention that before. Check the lessons in the warrior center she may have talked about that.

Thrush is a yeast infection so I am not sure why they would put baby on antibiotics for it – if anything it would make it worse! Life9 on nipple or babys tongue will help rebalance his microbiome, and nystatin if needed. lemongrass oil can help fight it off if it transfers to mom, mix in with some coconut oil and spread on nipples.
