I am stuck. I get what Gaps is but can’t seem to get myself to start. I am so overwhelmed with the thought of what to give them for school lunches and dinner. Any kid friendly recipes you stuck by, how long did you do it for?
Starting is the hardest part! Have you checked out the GAPS course on here? Do you have the books? I highly recommend following the book to start
