As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any use that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by The Warrior Center Virtual Clinic. You agree to the following: 1. This is a PMA (private membership association). There is a primary focus on functional and naturopath solutions. Functional medicine asks the question “why,” and the Warrior Center Virtual Clinic empowers you with information to question the allopathic approaches that are commonly used. The Warrior Center Virtual Clinic is not a replacement for your own intuition and choices. The Warrior Center Virtual Clinic does not provide medical advice nor should any of the information provided be interpreted as such. 2. The Warrior Center is a confidential space, and the information shared is for learning purposes. The information shared is not medical advice. You agree to remove The Warrior Center, The Warrior Center Virtual Clinic, Jodie Meschuk, and all related individuals or entities from any liability. 3. There is a strict no refund policy. The policy is as follows: You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing my support team at jodie@thewarriorcenter.com. All cancellation requests must be sent 20 days prior to the next billing cycle. The cancellation goes into effect 20 days from request date, and this will be referred to as the “cancellation date.” No refunds will be issued for membership charges that were billed prior to the cancellation date. If you see a charge that you have a question about, please reach out to my team. Any disputed charges will result in a ban from future use of services. All yearly membership purchases are final. There are no refunds, even in the event you forget to cancel before the renewal date. You can, however, request to have your membership automatically canceled before the next billing cycle. 4. Lifetime access is valid as long as The Warrior Center is operating. Should The Warrior Center close operations for whatever reason, The Warrior Center (and/ or any associated individuals or entities) is not responsible or liable to continue offering service. 5. The Warrior Center and the information provided does not represent any third party, and the information provided should not be used in any way that would cause harm (to be interpreted by the Warrior Center) to any third parties mentioned.
