My MIL was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Not the one that is caused by soft tissue but by the brain not communicating with the lungs. Any suggestions on what I can suggest to help her? She also lives in CO so at a higher elevation.

My daughter burned her forehead with a curling iron.  She melted the top layer of skin off 😳 What do you recommend putting on it?  It is about the size of a dime and I would love to help it heal with little scarring since it’s in a noticeable spot on her forehead.
