My 3 year old wakes up screaming because of what I believe is “growing pains”. Any suggestions on what to do before bed/when she wakes up that will help relieve the pain?

Hi Warriors- my Grampy was recently diagnosed with PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy). I don’t find much on it when I research so I’ve been using information from Parkinson’s studies as they have similar symptoms/treatment plans.
