My 22yo son is getting ready to enter the Coast Guard. People are telling him that he should get his wisdom teeth removed before basic because they will likely remove them during basic and he won’t have proper time to recover. I’m not a fan of removing teeth when there is no issue and just because it seems to be a rite of passage in the US…

I just wanted to double check it would be okay to have my teen athlete (he’s almost 18) take Ningxia before his baseball games or in between games at tournaments? Seems like it would be optimal for energy/ focus without burdening his digestion. Thanks!
