Hi! I’m 44, and the front of my hair is thinning so bad. I’m thinking it’s probably perimenopause pcos, genetics, or from the constant high stress for a few years. I’m trying to eat better, workout more, and in therapy. Taking some supplements along with ningxia and sulferzyme. Any tips would be extremely helpful!
