Sorry I didn’t see your reply. I think it’s stress as we’ve had such a tough year with my little boys eczema and food allergies and just all the sickness I just feel depleted.

Hi there, any suggestions for non stop illness. I’m a mum of 2 boys aged 2 and 4 and I am sick constantly even when they are not. I’ve had gastro (tummy vomit bug) 7 times in less than 1.5 years and constant sinus infections and viruses/colds back to back for months. Any helps would be great. Thanks
