I have had nausea suddenly that seems to be related to ovulation? Hashimotos and had a tubal in January after my fifth child was born and my hormones have been a mess since. Still nursing the little one, what quick tips can I start with that are nursing friendly while I work through the hormone course?

I recently underwent a tubal because I have had multiple c-sections and now my cycles are all messed up (even though I was told it wouldn’t affect them…) what can I do to support my body after this? They removed the tubes because there were growths on them as well. Thank you!
