I am working my way through the holistic childbirth class. Can you tell me if any of the YL supplements would be contraindicated in pregnancy or maybe contraindicated at a certain phase of pregnancy? For example, you recommended Comfortone at the end of pregnancy, but I&#8217;d sure like to take some now with ICP bc&hellip;</p>

I am 44 y/o, just found out I am pregnant. Suffered miscarriage last year at 11-1/2 weeks. Concerned about my progesterone. What can I do to support my body right now to support this pregnancy &#8211; as much as is in my control? Can I do Pro+? </p>
