Hi everyone,

My son is taking some supplements for his Autism label, and gut healing prescribed by our FNTP. He is only 3  and does not know how to swallow pills. They are all mostly capsules that we can open and mix into his water or applesauce but we are still struggling with getting him to drink or eat once the supplements are mixed… Read more

Hi Everyone,

I have a sweet 1 year old little boy who seems to hate sleep!! He is still breastfed. In general he wakes 3-4 times a night to nurse.  A lot of times he has difficulty falling asleep. My husband and I are exhausted and just want to help him sleep more soundly. What can we do to help him?
