My 24 year old son is having issues with sleep. He told me he took 500mg of magnesium last night and was up all night until 5:30 in the morning. He said it also made him feel anxious. He bought it from a drugstore and I’m sure it was probably one of the cheaper ones. Is this a reaction or side effect of the magnesium??
