My 5 year old was just diagnosed with mycoplasma/walking pneumonia and prescribed a z pack. He’s never taken antibiotics before and I’d prefer he not have to now. Any recommendations for alternative treatment? He’s on day 9 of cough and low grade fever and starts kindergarten in 10 days. I’d like him to be healthy starting school.
