<p>&#8211; 5 drops of Wintergreen </p>
<p>RC also works amazing on the arch of the foot. Panaway with a roller top would also be a great thing to keep with you at all times when it flares up!</p>

You can also easily make it at home, or some stores have in store grinders where you can freshly grind your own.</p>
