I feel like there is a root cause I can’t figure out but I guess considering he’s so sensitive to gluten and dairy, soy and corn..it makes sense.   I’ve worked on his leaky gut for years. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I use a topical magnesium called Night Night lotion by Earthley.com.  It’s amazing.  Also for sleep.  I wish YL would sell a topical magnesium with their oils infused. </p>

<p>I’ve watched lots of YouTube’s and done the hormone class. YET none of the YL things I’ve seen explains when and how to use each product.  </p>
<p>In my 40’s Pro+ was enough as my Progesteone dropped.  But now at 53 i definitely need more&hellip;</p>
