Hello, I have a large 11cm fibroid and another 4cm fibroid and im pregnant. I am wanting to reduce any over bleeding postpartum, are there any preventatives I can take to help encourage my uterus to tighten back after birth as well as preventatives to help prevent any over bleeding postpartum?
