Totally new here, and I&#8217;m not even sure if I&#8217;m doing this right. About three weeks ago I had a great workout that included RDLs and some extension/reaching ab exercises. For two days afterwards, my hamstrings were super tender and tight. Two days later, suddenly my back seized up and has been an aching, throbbing mess ever since. I&#8217;ve seen&hellip;</p>
